Crafting Time: We will contact you for sizing information within 24 hours after the order is placed. , it takes between 30-90 days to handcraft each piece. This duration ensures that each shoes meets our stringent quality standards and is tailor-made for you.

Shipping Time: After crafting is complete: DHL takes 3-8 business days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched, and you will receive a notification by email. You can also track your order status via your store account page.

Please consider both the crafting and shipping times when placing your order, especially if you're ordering for a special event or date. The price you see is solely for the shoes. Additional expenses like taxes, shipping fees, and other import costs? They're on you. But, if you'd like advice or a different declared value for customs, just ask! Just a heads up, if customs holds onto your package, our hands are tied.

Double-check those measurements before confirming your order. We craft based on what you give us, and if there's an error, it becomes challenging to rectify later. If there’s a sizing issue, the decision on how to proceed is up to us.

Heads up, our prices might fluctuate. Unfortunately, we can't offer price matches or refunds if something goes on sale after your purchase. But, if for some reason we can't deliver your shoes due to unforeseen glitches, don’t sweat it - you’ll get store credit.

At the same time, we will occasionally stock promotional cosplay wigs or props.Grabbing it is earning!

Did our team slip up on the size? Our bad! Inform us within 24 hours of receiving your item, and return it in its original state using a courier that offers international tracking. When we get it back, we'll process a full refund on the wig’s or prop's price.

Custom-sized items are a special creation just for you. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or have no use for the wigs or props anymore. We put a lot of love and effort into ensuring it's perfect for you!

It happens. If you inform us within 24 hours of receiving your cosplay wigs or props and we're on the same page about the return, send it back our way. Once it arrives in its original condition, expect a refund of between 40% to 50% of the purchase price.

Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will communicate with you about production needs as well as gather sizing information. Once the information is gathered, our prop master will begin to fabricate your props. Customized props do not accept returns after fabrication has begun. After you receive your customized props, we do not accept returns for any reason without quality problems. Please consider carefully before placing your order.

A quick note: all shipping costs forreturns and any extra charges are on you. And if you opt for regular shipping for your return, refunds get a tad complicated.
