These charges are the customer's responsibility and are typically collected upon delivery. If you would like to declare a lower value for customs, please contact us. However, please be aware that VKprops cannot be held responsible if the package is held by customs due to a lower declared value based on your suggestion.

Furthermore, upon submitting the order, the customer acknowledges that VKprops not responsible for any incorrect measurements provided. Any exchanges or returns will be made at the complete discretion of VKprops All sales are final.
